@properties Lands Top-Producing Real Estate Brokers Julie Fleetwood and Lisa Miceli
EVANSTON, Ill. (PRWEB) June 07, 2018 -- @properties, the largest independent residential brokerage firm in Chicagoland and the 11th largest brokerage firm in the United States, today announced that top-producing North Shore real estate agents Julie Fleetwood and Lisa Miceli have joined the company’s Evanston office. Co-founders Mike Golden and Thad Wong made the announcement.
Fleetwood and Miceli come to @properties as one of the top-selling teams in Evanston with more than $24 million in sales over the past 12 months. Prior to the addition of Fleetwood and Miceli, @properties already had established the No. 1 market share in Evanston and on the North Shore, accounting for roughly 25 percent of the area’s residential sales volume (source: BrokerMetrics, LLC).
Fleetwood and Miceli have more than a dozen years of combined real estate experience, and have worked as a team since 2015. During their first year together, they sold more than $10 million and have increased their sales in each subsequent year. Before joining @properties, they worked at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.

With 22 years in Chicagoland and 19 on the North Shore, Fleetwood brings to @properties a diverse marketing background and local market expertise. Before she became a real estate broker, Fleetwood enjoyed a successful career in TV production, during which she launched the popular Metromix program on CLTV. She is a University of Michigan alumna and lives in Wilmette with her family including 3 kids, ages 12, 14 and 15. She is a former PTA President at an elementary school in Evanston where she and her husband, and kids lived for 10 years before moving to Wilmette. Julie remains an active participant in her children’s schools and sporting activities.
A native of Park Ridge and a North Shore resident for more than 26 years, Miceli grew up in a real estate family and worked in property management and financial services before becoming a real estate broker seven years ago. She has served on the board of the Woman’s Club of Evanston and the Gift of Adoption North Shore. A Northern Illinois University graduate, Lisa has raised her three children in Wilmette and in Evanston, where she currently lives. Lisa is an active participant in community, as well as in her three children’s school and sporting activities.
