@properties Strengthens Developer Services Division Naming Cyndy Salgado Executive Vice President of Development Sales & Marketing
CHICAGO (PRWEB) September 11, 2014 -- With Chicago’s new-construction condominium market starting to percolate after nearly a decade of dormancy, @properties, the city’s No. 1 residential brokerage firm by market share, has hired Cyndy Salgado to bolster its development sales and marketing division. Company co-founders Michael Golden and Thaddeus Wong made the announcement.
Salgado, 50, has more than 20 years of experience directing the sales and marketing efforts for large-scale condominium and townhome developments in Chicago. At @properties, she will hold the title of executive vice president of development sales and marketing, reporting directly to Golden and Wong.
“Things are really starting to happen in the new-construction condo world, and we saw an opportunity to bring in one of the most experienced managers in the industry to help us secure and service this business,” said Golden.

According to 2014 sales data from Broker Metrics, LLC, @properties is the leading seller of new-construction condominiums in the city of Chicago. Salgado will manage the sales and marketing programs for both new-construction and condominium conversion projects, and help with business development efforts.
Currently, @properties is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for new developments including The Legacy at Millennium Park, a 355-unit high-rise in the Loop; 4 East Elm, a 35-unit high-rise in the Gold Coast; and Webster Square, a 92-unit adaptive re-use development in Lincoln Park. The firm also manages apartment leasing and marketing programs for luxury apartment communities including 850 Lake Shore Drive and Webster Square Apartments.
Salgado comes to @properties from Riverstone Residential Group, where she was managing broker and director of leasing and marketing. Previously, she served as vice president of development marketing for Koenig & Strey GMAC, where she was responsible for overseeing the sales of multiple development projects in the Chicago area including Trump Tower. Salgado also spent eight years as vice president of sales and marketing for Garrison Partners.
