About the Author
Ayanna Jenelle Guyhto passed away, August 27, 2013, at age 40 from a heart problem. She was a Christian, a member of the Roswell Street Baptist Church, in Marietta, Georgia, and her parent’s only child. Ayanna Guyhto’s parents, the late William J. and Barbara A.M. Guyhto were both born and raised in New York City (Harlem). While attending Kennesaw State University, she had two poems published for their publication Share Art and Literary Magazine: “boot leg dreams” and “barber shop.” Ayanna Guyhto also wrote articles for different online websites like Yahoo!, Associated Content, Examiner.com, Urban Entertainment and others. In addition, she traveled to various venues in and around Atlanta performing with her guitar and keyboard. In “Remember ME Always,” her poetry introduces highs and lows in her many messages presented; it extends an invitation for readers to return again and again.
