A25 Gold Returns Claims for Non-Payment
Toronto, Ontario (PRWEB) April 21, 2014 -- A25 Gold Producers Corporation announces that due to having no cash reserves remaining that it must return 9 claims to the original owner.
Under the terms of the agreement with the seller of the properties, the company was to have paid shares and cash for the properties. A25 Gold was not able to pay the seller, Western Fortune Mines and Worldwide Graphite Producers Corporation the cash component of the agreement. The sellers will be required to return the share component of the agreement. As well A25 Gold has not been able to raise the necessary funds to maintain the mining licence fees.
