London, UK (PRWEB UK) 22 July 2015 -- Aspire, Trailblazing Women is a global award-winning leader in leadership events and 1 to 1 coaching for ‘MAD’ – ‘Making A Difference’ women leaders who inspire and empower change in life, workplaces and local communities. Their goal is to make a difference to 1 billion women by 2020 and with over 14 years’ experience of working with women leaders from global corporations, charities and small businesses, Aspire has been featured on The BBC, CNN, Huffington Post, The Guardian and Financial Times.
As growing numbers of women enter the economic mainstream, they will have a profound effect on global business and social change. The Aspire 2016 MAD Global Leadership Event will bring together women leaders from across sectors, ages, levels and professions around the world to discuss how to become more ‘MAD’ and make a bigger and better difference as women in their lives, workplaces and in solving world issues. Best practices and creative ideas will provide the opportunity for peers to discuss purpose-driven solutions to career, business and organisational challenges.
Attendees will interact with speakers from a variety of backgrounds, ages, professions and fields, all aiming to deliver inspirational stories and key strategies for making work matter and how to go about breathing authenticity and value into their lives, careers, organisations and the wider world.
Aspire is seeking speakers with topics in the following areas:
- Your ‘MAD Project’ - how you are leading change and making a difference in your life, workplace or community.
- Real world strategies for being a different/‘MAD’ leader and not conforming to traditional paths of success.
- Thought leadership, research and stories about the economic and social benefit of women and girls to change the world.
- The power of business and corporations for social change and impact.
- How you and/or your organisation is making a difference for its women employees, consumers, customers.
- Personal stories of women social entrepreneurs starting and growing a purpose driven business or organisation.
Joining this event as a speaker will further raise the speaker's profile and publicise the speaker's cause and their business/organisation to a diverse audience of 500 women leaders. The event will also be broadcast to a global audience via social media during and post event. It is a short time commitment of an hour to attend and speak with an optional full complimentary pass to attend the 2 day event and the opportunity to be part of a movement and collaboration to make a difference to 1 billion women by 2020. (There are no speaker fees payable).
Speakers will either key note, speak solo for 20 minutes or be part of an onstage panel conversation in an informal group setting. Aspire is seeking a diverse group of speakers of all ages and backgrounds and applicants do not need to be professional speakers. Aspire will provide support if public speaking is not normally within the comfort zone of applicants, so that they can ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’!
The date for the event is currently being finalised but it will be in January 2016 in London, UK. At this point potential speakers are asked to register interest as soon as possible by submitting a short online application at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MADGlobalspeakers2016 by Friday, 31st July, 2015.
