A+ Conferencing Announces Immediate Expansion of New Legal Conferencing Division
Houston, TX (PRWEB) September 30, 2016 -- A+ Conferencing and their new special legal conferencing division is being staffed by dedicated personnel that are highly trained in the operations of law firms and the communications requirements needed to accomplish their goals. The staff in this division has over 30 years combined experience in working with Managing Directors and attorneys in meeting all of their audio video conferencing solutions (http://www.aplusconferencing.com/) and collaboration needs. A+ Conferencing was founded in 2000 and currently has over 1000 law firms as clients and this experience and growth led to the founding of the new legal division.
A+ Conferencing has always been responsive to customer needs. Over the last 16 years, A+ has developed many custom applications for law firms that were requested by attorneys, such as individual billing of conferees on a conference call. An example would be in large class action law suits, where there are over 100 law firms, representing their law firms, on each conference call. These calls are supervised by an A+ moderator and each call is recorded for future playback and use by each law firm. Traditionally, these large conference calls are billed in one bill to the law firm scheduling the conference call and then it is up to that firm to parcel out the individual bills to all of the participants. A+ developed the individual billing by conferee application, which allows A+ to bill each individual conferee based upon their actual time on each call. Each bill is sent out individually to each of the participants, freeing the scheduling law firm from all of the administrative time of collecting monies from the participating firms.
A+ Conferencing also uses client billing matter codes to assign each audio, web or video conferencing call to the appropriate client of each law firm. The codes are input into each conference call and then each bill shows the client billing matter number assigned to each call.
This new legal division of A+ Conferencing will place a top priority focus on meeting the special needs of attorneys and law firms. We are a boutique shop and we love developing special applications that make attorney’s lives much easier.
Another application that A+ specializes in is deposition calls. These calls are recorded and available for playback or provided to the law firm for their use internally.
