A Local Anchorage Dentistry Center Celebrates 51 Years With a New and Improved Grand Opening
Anchorage, AK (PRWEB) April 22, 2014 -- Doctor Guy Burk never grows tired of improving his Anchorage dentistry practice. Case in point: the owner and head dentist of the full-service dental health office located in the heart of the city has scheduled a second Grand Opening. This one comes a full fifty-one years after the first and will follow a massive office remodel that is designed to make the office sleeker, more modern and better suited for serving its growing list of Anchorage dentistry patients.
The Alaska dental practice first opened its doors in 1963 and has since offered a myriad of professional dental services to a consistently-growing and ever-loyal patient base. For years the office environment has served the staff and patients well, according to Dr. Burk. Yet the doctor still wasn’t satisfied.
“Looking around, and I love our office, don’t get me wrong,” says the doctor as he takes a brief break between appointments. “But I always envisioned Anchorage Midtown Dental Center as a modern office, and that’s what this remodel is designed to do.”
The remodel activity is slated to improve the look of the interior of the office, as well as improve the size and comfort levels of all patient areas. “From our waiting room to our patient exam rooms, we want our patients to look around and say, ‘This is a nice office.’ That would make me pretty happy.”

Yet the office is not the only thing that Doctor Burk seeks to improve. Since the first Grand Opening the Monday after Labor Day all those years ago, the doctor says that he has been training his staff to be the best at getting to know patients and making them feel welcome. The training seems to be working.
Patient Donald Marson said in his own review, “Kudos to Dr. Guy Burk and his exceptional staff of Jackie, Candace and Kelsey. All three dental care visits this week were professional, efficient, friendly and made me feel 'right at home.'”
It will be interesting to see what other improvements Dr. Burk has up his sleeve as the Grand Opening draws nearer.
