A New Certified Senior Advisor Training Course is Coming to Denver, Colorado

Jane W. Barton, MTS, MASM, CSA is a passionate speaker, writer, and listener. Jane is the founder of Cardinal, LLC, a consulting firm that provides educational programs to assist people in confronting the daunting challenges posed by aging, serious illness and disability. Jane is well-versed in the areas of grief and bereavement, caregiving, hospice and palliative care, change and transition, and spirituality and health. She presents innovative, transformational programs to community members, healthcare providers, pastoral caregivers, clergy, funeral service providers, and national audiences to improve the experience of people and families challenged by serious, advanced, or terminal illnesses. Previously, Jane served as Director of Education for a hospice and palliative care institute. She has also served as a hospice chaplain. David Stitt is President of EnterAct Software, providing comprehensive financial planning tools and services to professional financial planners. As Principal Technical Analyst for CCH, Inc., he was responsible for proprietary financial and estate planning software. During David’s 40-year career in the financial services profession, he has earned multiple professional designations including: CLU, ChFC, CEP, CFP®, CRFA, and RFC. David speaks nationally on computerization and financial planning. He has been published by Prentice Hall in The Expert’s Guide to Managing and Marketing a Successful Financial Planning Practice. David also hosted a local radio talk show, Money Talks.
Mickey Batsell, CASL, CLU, MBA, CSA, FLMI, CLTC, is an experienced industry professional, specializing in long-term care and surrounding issues including Medicare, Medicaid, home healthcare, nursing homecare, wealth transfer, and the selection of long-term care facilities. With 40 years of professional, and more importantly, personal family experiences, Mickey has an in-depth understanding of the challenges his clients face. The CSA Course will be held at the Society of Certified Senior Advisors headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Attendees of the CSA class review have the option to sit for the CSA Exam following the 3 days of class. In order to become Certified Senior Advisors, candidates must pass the CSA Exam in addition to meeting all certification requirements.
