A New Collection of Tenants Is Set to Join Myrtle Beach's Broadway at the Beach for the 2014 Season
Myrtle Beach, SC (PRWEB) April 06, 2014 -- South Carolina’s most visited attraction, Broadway at the Beach (http://www.BroadwayattheBeach.com), announced several new merchants premiering at the festival marketplace in 2014.
Rooster Bar & Grill will open this summer and is located at the entrance to Celebrity Square. A restaurant and bar, Rooster specializes in chicken based dishes and will include a full menu that includes uniquely created appetizers, salads, entrées and more. In addition, several new apparel and gift shops will call Broadway at the Beach home including, the recently opened Vividelle, which offers women’s clothing, footwear and accessories. Designer Sunglasses, with top brand sunglasses, eyewear and related accessories, along with So Unique!, an embroidery gift shop, will make their debut late spring. Also opening this spring, Kryptonite Character Store, a gift shop showcasing comic book, cartoon, movie and TV show merchandise. Complimenting the already remarkable diverse retail shopping experience at Broadway at the Beach is the addition of Coastal Carolina Winery, featuring traditional wines such as merlot, cabernet and chardonnay.
The amusement ride offerings will be completely revamped with the addition of rides such as Speed; Freak-Out; the Rocket Flyer, the only amusement ride of its kind in the world, standing at 180 feet tall; and the Giant Slide, at 65 feet tall and 180 feet long, it is one of the largest dry slides on the East Coast. Broadway Amusement Rides, LLC will manage and operate the two existing amusement ride areas, as well as an additional area which will be located in Broadway Commons. Guests will be treated to these new experiences while continuing to enjoy the amusements they have come to know over the years. Broadway Amusement Rides, LLC plans to open late spring.
In addition to the new venues joining Broadway at the Beach, several existing tenants have or are in the process of renovating and remodeling their stores for 2014 including; Retro Active, Amici’s Bistro, Magnet Madness, A Silver Shack, both Ben & Jerry’s locations, Johnny Rockets, Liberty Steakhouse, Auntie Anne’s, Fric N’Frac, Myrtle Beach Harley Davidson, Original Shucker’s Raw Bar, Klig’s Kites, Blondie’s and Yamato Steakhouse Japan.
