A Zest for Sales Sees Lemon Turn to Blackberry
(PRWEB UK) 30 April 2014 -- A sales advisor from Northern Ireland is looking forward to some time off after winning £1600 worth of holiday vouchers, £500 spending money and five extra days annual leave from her employer. Rebecca Lemon, who works at the PHS Washrooms division of PHS Group, is planning a trip abroad after winning big in the company’s sales lead competition.
The 12-month competition which was launched in April last year in conjunction with the companies role out of a specialist mobile phone application, gives account managers like Rebecca the opportunity to instantly process new sale enquiries in real-time through her Blackberry mobile phone. Rebecca is the first winner, having scored the highest number of points throughout the year against any of her 320 colleagues across the UK.
“It feels fabulous to win,” said Rebecca who finished the year with an impressive top spot in the league table. “It’s been a challenge but sticking to PHS best practice principles and making the needs of my customers a top priority has ultimately paid dividends. It feels great to be recognised and appreciated, but of course I couldn’t have done it without the support from my colleagues.”
Gareth Rhys Williams, CEO at PHS Group, is extremely proud of all those who took part. “I have kept a close eye on the league table to see who would make it to the finishing line first. I’m really pleased for all those who continue to achieve sales excellence. They are indeed assets to our business and I look forward seeing their continued enthusiasm and dedication bear fruit in the year ahead."
