Academy of Leadership Coaching to Hold Summer Intensive Coach Training Program
(PRWEB) January 26, 2015 -- Helen Attridge, Founder of the Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP (ALCN - nlp-leadership-coaching.com) is pleased to announce the schedule for the upcoming International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved Summer Intensive NLP Coach Training Program. The program will take place from July 10-August 2, 2015, with days off on July 14, 19, 24 and 29. Individuals who register for this NLP Coaching Program before January 31 are eligible for a substantial early registration discounted rate.
This three week long intensive coach training program will be held at Dominican University of California. The training will immerse the participants in the skills and tools needed to be successful as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Certified Coach. Attendees will receive the latest information in the cutting edge NLP coaching modality. The materials covered will make their role as a coach easier, covering the basics of the ICF coaching method and grounded in a clear structure and framework.
The training is designed to help new and existing coaches gain a clearer understanding of how to effectively utilize NLP within their coaching practice. The tools provided will allow students to help their clients gain clarity in their lives and gain a more in-depth understanding of who they are as individuals.The program will use a variety of teaching tools including live demonstrations, discussions, small group processes, simulations, role-playing and practice coaching sessions. NLP coaching techniques powerfully cross cultural and age barriers teaching coaches to be able to build deep rapport with clients from around the world. Last year's Summer Intensive was attended by 26 students representing 17 different countries.
By the end of this in-depth 125 hour coach training program, students will be able to:
• Help clients move beyond the things that block their pathway to success
• Understand clients at a deeper level
• Define the choices clients make on a daily level that affect their lives
• Learn how to blend powerful NLP techniques with the ICF coaching model
• Discover how the story clients tell themselves blocks them from creating the life they want
• Use advanced NLP coaching techniques to help clients shift on a belief and identity level
• Apply NLP coaching techniques in a wide variety of different coaching environments
• Have a deep sense of clarity around their own personal and professional mission
This training program is an ACTP approved program and includes the full 125 hours of coach training required for ICF PCC credential, 10 mentor sessions and a year of peer to peer coaching with coaches from around the globe.
