Accessory for Barbecuing with Beer Invented by InventHelp Client (SFO-340)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) January 12, 2017 -- "I had great difficulty when trying to cook 'beer can' barbecue chicken because the beer can was unstable and would fall over during cooking, and the high heat boiled away the beer before it could flavor the chicken," said the inventor from Oakland, Calif.
He designed the patent-pending THE GRILL INFUSER AND SMOKER as an accessory for barbecuing chicken and other meats with beer. The design would provide a durable and stable structure for meats to cook on a barbecue grill. It also helps to prevent charring and flare-ups.
The inventor explained, "Not only would this accessory make it easier for a person to infuse meats with flavor using beer, it would also allow them to be barbequed at an indirect heat for even cooking."
The original design was submitted to the San Francisco office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
