Uebler, Esq., a highly accomplished and sought after plaintiff’s employment attorney with more than twenty (20) years’ experience in a diverse array of employment matters, has joined the firm as a partner.
Julie’s practice is focused on all aspects of protecting and enforcing the legal rights of individuals in the workplace. As a litigator, Julie holds employers accountable for violating the rights of individual employees, and maximizes their legal remedies. Julie regularly advises individual employees, professionals, and executives who are facing workplace disputes with a focus on protecting legal rights, maximizing opportunities, and minimizing disruption to career goals. Julie also advises and negotiates on behalf of executives and professionals who are facing employment transitions, including leveraging the best employment terms at the start of an employment relationship, and protecting rights and entitlements when employment ends.
Julie brings significant depth and breadth of experience to her representation of each client. For her first ten years of practice, Julie worked as defense counsel for employers, first at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and later as in-house employment and benefits counsel for a pharmaceutical company. Julie has served as a neutral independent investigator of workplace issues, and is also a trained mediator.
