The new interface makes AccountingSuite™ the most powerful business application for SMBs that conduct commerce online, providing in a single platform everything needed from inventory, sales, shipping, accounting and reporting.

Using Shipstation as an aggregator, users can connect their eCommerce site (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Square and more) directly to their accounting software. Orders automatically come in from the eCommerce Store into ShipStation where products can ship to purchaser directly, and then flow the data right into AccountingSuite™ – Invoice and Cash Receipts included. The new workflow reduces the likely hood of disparate systems and removes any data entry from the process.
The eCommerce interface was designed to be very similar to the cloud banking solution – but instead of transactions, users have Orders, Customers, Products, and Locations which can be added, matched and approved. AccountingSuite has also created a direct integration with Square which will automatically create Cash Sales when a point-of-sale transaction is completed via Square.
