AccuQuilt Wants You to Win the Dream
Omaha, Nebraska (PRWEB) March 31, 2014 -- On March 31, 2014 AccuQuilt will open the door to an exciting new opportunity, giving quilters the chance to Win the Dream in their first annual Quilt Block Design Contest. Replacing the Barn Quilt Design Contest, this competition promises to be even more exciting, featuring an unbelievable grand prize package for the first place winner.

The winner will be determined by popular vote, with voting taking place from May 1 to May 27, 2014. Encourage your friends and family – and fellow quilters – to vote, as there will be daily prizes given out to the voters.
The Grand Prize Winner will receive over $22,000 in prizes, including the HQ Sweet Sixteen® longarm machine from Handi Quilter, a Baby Lock Aria Sewing Machine, a year supply of thread from Aurifil, and a year supply of fabric from Moda. As they would say on infomercials – “but wait, there’s more”! The winner will also get their block featured in the January/February 2015 issue of Quiltmaker Magazine, as well as displayed on a 17-foot sign at AccuQuilt headquarters.
This competition isn’t just about Winning the Dream for quilters alone. The Grand Prize will also include prizes for the winner’s favorite quilt guild or quilt shop, as well as the charity of their choice. The charity will receive a $1500 donation from AccuQuilt, while their favorite guild will become the proud owner of a Studio Bread and Butter Starter Set valued at over $1500. If a retailer is chosen, they will receive an AccuQuilt Event in their store valued at $1500.
Second and Third place winners will win prizes for themselves, their charity of choice, and their guild.
