AccuQuilt Welcomes Blogger Mary Lee Mahr to the Team
Omaha, NE (PRWEB) December 07, 2015 -- AccuQuilt is happy to announce that Mary Lee Mahr is joining the company as a regular guest blogger on their website. Mahr’s blog column will be called Mary Lee…We Roll Along and will feature her stories and pictures from her journey in quilting.
Mahr resides in Lexington, Kentucky and is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Advertising and a graduate degree in graphic arts. Her professional experience includes working as a photographer and writer for several newspapers as well as working as a creative director for a major ad agency. She is the founder and president of Bluegrass Business Network and Central Kentucky marketing director for Welcome Wagon, Intl. She also owns the company Cards By Mary Lee.
An artist in several mediums, she pursues folk art, painting, jewelry making, quilt pattern design, and her favorite: quilting and collecting fabric. She has belonged to the same local quilting club for over 30 years and teaches classes in Kentucky and Tennessee.
