Ace Computers Awarded U.S. Air Force CCS-2 BPA for Workstations, Mobile Devices, Etc.
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) December 21, 2016 -- Ace Computers was just selected to receive the U.S. Air Force’s CCS-2 (Client Computing Solutions) BPA. This is a five-year contract awarded to only six companies, including Dell and HP, with an option for extensions. The range of product categories under this BPA includes computing technology and displays, associated peripherals, and incidental services.
Authorized users include the Department of the Air Force, Department of the Navy, Defense Health Agency-Air Force (DHAAF), Office of the Secretary of Defense, and the White House Communications Agency (WHCA). The contract requires the use of environmentally responsible solutions including energy efficient products that are Energy Star compliant and EPEAT certified.
