ACG Silicon Valley Honors NVIDIA, Twilio at GROW! Awards
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (PRWEB) April 26, 2017 -- ACG Silicon Valley celebrated the 2017 GROW! Awards at a sold-out ceremony held at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California on April 25, 2017, recognizing NVIDIA, a world leader in AI computing technology, and Twilio, the leading cloud communications platform company.
The GROW! Awards honor two of the fastest-growing Silicon Valley companies. NVIDIA received the GROW! Award for Outstanding Growth Company, and Twilio won the GROW! Award for Emerging Growth Company. NVIDIA was also honored as Outstanding Growth Company in 2001.
Patience Haggin, Venture Capital Reporter for The Wall Street Journal and WSJ Pro, moderated the awards ceremony keynote that featured John Kao, author, strategic advisor, and founder and CEO of EdgeMakers; and Mike Malone, Dean’s Executive Professor at Santa Clara University, and Silicon Valley author, well-known technology journalist and entrepreneur. Additionally, Haggin moderated a fireside chat with Silicon Valley high school student leaders and entrepreneurs Sumukh Setty and Sydney Loew. Sally Pera, CEO of ACG Silicon Valley, served as the master of ceremonies.
