Achieve IT Solutions Inc. Announces Acquisition of Visnova Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Port Jefferson, NY (PRWEB) April 07, 2014 -- Achieve IT Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of SAP Business One and the developer of Achieve One, today announced the acquisition of the SAP practice of Visnova Solutions Pvt Ltd., India’s first and largest SAP Business One Partner.
Visnova Solutions has built a successful practice providing functional and technical services to businesses throughout India, while at the same time, developing Biz One Solutions, an innovative suite of industry & productivity applications for SAP Business One.
The combination of Visnova into Achieve IT Solutions, brings together two highly complementary companies, each successful SAP Business One Partners with broad product offerings and skilled teams of consultants, developers and support personnel all centered on SAP Business One.

Through this acquisition, the Visnova Biz One Solutions suite will be migrated, fully integrated and rebranded as Achieve One. Upon completion of the unification of the two programs for SAP Business One on the MS-SQL database, the newly acquired modules will then be certified for the SAP HANA in-memory database. The result of these efforts will be the broadest and most comprehensive single add-on solution developed for SAP Business One, creating significant benefits for the joint customer base.
Achieve IT’s Corporate Headquarters, located in Port Jefferson, NY will serve the North American and Latin American markets. While the new Noida, India subsidiary will service the Asian and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) markets. Both locations of Achieve IT Solutions will continue to provide their base of SAP Business One customers and partners with the highest quality of functional, technical and support services within the industry. Plans are already in place to expand the labor force in both locations.
