ACME Machinery unveils two new High Performance Spray Foam Proportioners at SPFA 2015
New Canaan, CT (PRWEB) January 27, 2015 -- ACME Machinery, a leader in Spray Foam & Polyurea equipment unveils two new “All-in-one” high performance proportioners promoted as the Coyote H30i and H30iE.
With the launch of these two revolutionary products ACME raises the bar by offering preferred hydraulic technology in two small “all in one” machines. These small machines include all the historically large and disparate components such as a generator, compressor, and air dryer in one very compact, portable package.
The H30i is a stand-alone diesel powered machine that is so portable that it can be rolled onto any jobsite and up and running instantly with no other components necessary. The H30iE is an Electric plug in version of its brother that offers even a smaller footprint, is completely silent and eliminates the cost of using your own power.
While the small footprint of these machines now make it easier and more affordable to get too any jobsite whether in a pickup truck or Sprinter van, the real advantage is that they are among the most powerful, highest output machines in the industry making the largest jobs easy to complete rapidly.
Currently the industry is comprised of complex costly systems with various large components including Generators, Air Compressors, Air Dryers and proportioners that consume so much space they require a large Box Truck or Trailer just to accommodate the equipment. These complex systems are constantly prone to failure due to all the various components and extremely energy inefficient. There is only one other competitor that has tried to create an “all-in-one” machine, but it is very large, not easy transportable, and based on old technology of bolting all the large components mentioned above on a giant frame.
