ACProducts, Inc. (acpi®) Adds Second Frameless Plant For Studio Full Access™ Cabinet Line
THE COLONY, TX (PRWEB) June 11, 2017 -- ACPI is adding a second manufacturing facility to support the continued growth of its Studio Full Access series, which is a frameless cabinet construction sold under the Advanta Cabinets brand in the multifamily housing market. The second manufacturing operation will be located in Mount Union, PA.
Studio has seen incredible growth since it’s introduction in 2015. In January 2017, the line expanded with 4 new thermofoil door styles in 16 finishes, doubling the line’s door style offering. Studio provides on-trend, contemporary frameless styles and finishes designed for today’s multifamily urban lifestyles.
The Mount Union facility, a 200,000 square foot building on 36 acres, was purchased by acpi in 2016. Mount Union also has capacity to be a feeder plant for future expansion of the company’s Thompsontown, PA, framed operation, which manufactures cabinets for both Advanta and Echelon Cabinetry.
“This new line will be operational in a matter of weeks and will double the capacity for the Studio Full Access product line,” states acpi CFO/COO Wally Cisowski. “The Huntingdon County community has been very supportive and excited about the new jobs we are bringing to the area.”
Since 2012, acpi has invested more than $35 million into its various manufacturing operations, serving single-family, multifamily, dealer and distributor markets under its family of brands: Echelon Cabinetry, Advanta Cabinets, Smart Cabinetry, and Serenade Cabinetry. This most recent investment demonstrates acpi’s continued commitment to the multifamily housing market.

ACPI will begin manufacturing Studio Full Access cabinets in Mount Union in July, 2017.
