Across The Fader DJ Battle Presented By Astro AVL
Glendale, California (PRWEB) April 03, 2014 -- Astro Audio Video Lighting has been in business just over 40 years. Now for the fourth consecutive year, Astro AVL will be hosting a DJ battle of epic proportions called "Across the Fader". This event is an elimination style battle of talent, skill and ability where DJs compete for the grand prize in a winner take all slug-fest of DJ scratches, cuts and call-outs. The grand prize is over $15,000 in DJ equipment supplied by event sponsors such as Mackie, RANE, JBL and other major industry leaders in DJ equipment.
Astro AVL is proud to bring back the DJ battle again this year where DJs from all parts of California, as well as other states, will be competing. 100s of DJs will throw their hat in the ring and compete in this series of DJ battles and only the top five will be crowned as finalist. Astro AVL will set the stage for these talented DJs to slug it out on turntables supported by high-tech audio equipment and a stack of booming speakers. This is a DJ battle between the best of the best, we guarantee jaw dropping skills and entertainment.
The spectators of this event cross the spectrum of all walks of life, from families to other turntablists and DJs that range in ages from 6 to 60. They clap, cheer and watch their favorite DJ passionately on the big screens suspended above the stage. The music pumps, the crowds sway, and the DJs put on a show that will never be matched in any top shelf Los Angeles club.
This once underground DJ event was recently discovered by Fox 11 News, who aired several pieces on it, explaining all aspects of the event on the evening news. Across the Fader DJ Battle is an event to promote the California scene of the up and coming DJs of the new era. Audiences are encouraged to attend: this event is for people of all ages. You can expect nothing less of free admission, door prizes, and an appearance by several Los Angeles famous gourmet food trucks including Jarritos, who will be handing out their famous drinks for free. To further promote this awesome DJ event, Astro AVL uses HD video cameras to record and stream online live for the rest of the world's viewing pleasure.
