Boston, MA (PRWEB) December 03, 2015 -- Actifio, the copy data virtualization company, today announced that Ashok Ramu, Senior Director of Engineering at Actifio, will speak at the upcoming Gartner Data Center Conference taking place in Las Vegas between 7-10 December.

Ramu will provide a talk on "Demonstrations of Backup Modernization with Data Virtualization and Google Cloud" on Wednesday, December 9th at 3:00pm, and will share the stage with Dave Elliott, Global Product Lead, Enterprise Cloud at Google, and David Tefft, Director of Network Operations at law firm Sutherland Asbill & Brennan.

The session will focus on how end users can protect and manage critical application data through copy data virtualization, and how enterprises can enable hybrid cloud capabilities with Google Cloud Platform. The session will also feature a case study from Sutherland on the firm’s improved backup and disaster recovery capabilities with Actifio, and a Google Cloud demonstration.

Actifio executives and Solution Architects will be present at booth #463 throughout the conference and available for 1:1 meetings and product demonstrations. Visitors to the booth will also have the chance to win a $500 air travel voucher.
