Active Data Exchange Acquires WebEvent Solution from Asure Software
Bethlehem, PA (PRWEB) September 10, 2013 -- Active Data Exchange, a leading provider of web-based master calendar solutions for education, health care, military and government organizations, as well as private businesses, today announced that it has acquired the WebEvent solution and book of business from Asure Software.
WebEvent integrates event calendar software and a scheduler into a single enterprise-wide web-based event management software system, providing one view into a universe of event information. Under the agreement, WebEvent solution users will continue to use their existing software with no disruptions. Going forward, Active Data Exchange will provide service and support, contract renewals, communications, upgrades, and new product offerings.
