Adam Lerman Joins Engel & Völkers North America as Vice President of Talent Attraction
New York, NY (PRWEB) January 26, 2015 -- Engel & Völkers today announced that Adam Lerman has joined the North America headquarters team as Vice President of Talent Attraction.
Lerman will be responsible for growth of the overall advisor count for Engel & Völkers North America as a consultant to brokers within the network and the development of tools and systems designed specifically for attraction efforts.
“Adam was the obvious choice to assist the growth of our new and existing brokerages and to help them attract the best agents in their markets,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO Engel & Völkers North America. “Engel & Völkers worldwide is committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality from the service our advisors provide their clients to the support we provide to our brokerages. Adam is very much part of that equation here in North America.”
Lerman brings more than 21 years of recruiting and training experience that includes 14 years in real estate recruiting. He had previously been with Weichert Realtors as the Director of Recruiting, Century 21 where he was the National Director of Recruiting overseeing all the companies recruiting initiatives, and most recently ZipRealty where he was able to grow agent count 13% year over year. In 2009 Lerman was the recipient of the prestigious Recruiter of the Year Award, presented by the industry-wide Recruiting Network.
“Engel & Völkers offers agents a truly international platform and a position in premium real estate that no other brand offers which is why I joined,” said Lerman. “I am excited about this opportunity to apply my skills and experience and to assist in the growth of this rapidly expanding company.”
