Adidas and Colpensiones won gold at the WfMC BPM Awards 2013
London (PRWEB UK) 17 October 2013 -- Co-sponsored by WfMC and BPM.com, the Global Awards for Excellence in BPM & Workflow recognize user organizations that have excelled in “Triple I’’- innovation, business impact and quality implementations. From the list of 50 nominations this year, adidas and Colpensiones won gold awards, while Anida (part of BBVA) and Prince Sultan Military Medical City (PSMMC) were shortlisted as finalists.
WfMC Executive Director and Awards judge Nathaniel Palmer explains:
"The adidas and Colpensiones case studies received high praise from all judges, in both cases demonstrating an advanced level of process maturity. That these two companies and their associated use cases are so distinct, both geographically and operationally, is a testament to the global reach Bizagi has achieved. It is also notable that in both cases there was very clear articulation of the role the Bizagi BPMS played in their process transformation."
Adidas implemented seven projects to date and delivered automation across various departments including supply chain, marketing, finance, retail and eCommerce, demonstrating Bizagi’s flexibility and suitability to address multi-functional needs of global organizations by delivering quantifiable operational efficiencies in each project.
Colpensiones, a newly created state pension department by the Colombian government implemented Bizagi to automate more than 118 business processes that all went live in a record time of 9 months. Serving 6.5 million of citizens, where 890,000 cases and 28 million activities are performed monthly, Colpensiones is recognised as one of the largest BPM projects in the world.
Anida was set up by BBVA to automate the management of real-estate repossessions. In a matter of 19 weeks, five weeks shorter than expected, 12 asset admission processes were fully automated and integrated with all internal systems. Anida is an excellent example of Bizagi’s agility where a brand new infrastructure was created to ensure fast business returns.
PSMMC in Saudi automated the registration and patients’ security processes for a 1,400 bed hospital, reducing human errors by 80% and improving staff productivity by 60%. An innovative integration of Bizagi BPM with biometric technologies delivers precise patients’ identification ensuring that the right treatment is provided to the right patient at the right time.
