Adjustable Tire-Changing Device Invented by InventHelp Client (PND-4752)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) January 10, 2017 -- Changing a vehicle's tire requires the use of a car jack, which elevates the vehicle off the ground to enable the user to remove the faulty tire. Although the tire jack effectively raises the vehicle off the ground, it is not intended to lock the vehicle in place to keep it from rolling away.
An inventor from Burlington, N.J., has invented the patent-pending SAFETY BLOCK, a device that immobilizes the vehicle while replacing a tire, ensuring a high level of safety for the individual. "It has always been a fear of mine that my vehicle will roll away while changing a tire," said the inventor. "That is what inspired me to invent this device." SAFETY BLOCK is fully adjustable to accommodate a range of tires.
This invention can also be used when performing an oil change or if the vehicle is to be parked on a hill for an extended period of time. It would appeal to any owner and operator of a vehicle, businesses that operate vehicles, frequent travelers and more.
The original design was submitted to the Philadelphia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
