Advanced Component Testing Retains Walter Rojas as Strategic Account Manager
Ronkonkoma, NY (PRWEB) July 21, 2014 -- In its latest move to expand the level of support and technical expertise it provides, Advanced Component Testing (ACT) hired Walter Rojas ]as its strategic account manager last month. Mr. Rojas comes to the company with over 25 years of experience in the electronics industry in capacities ranging from technical to marketing, from both the military and commercial sides of the business.
“We are excited to have a professional of Walter’s caliber, with his extensive industry contacts, join the ACT team,” noted the president of Advanced Component Testing, Ken Linden. “His engineering background and broad and deep industry experience enable Walter to speak the same language as both our military and commercial customers.” Rojas’s credentials include a BSEE and B.A. in Business Administration from Hofstra University and prior positions at companies including Frequency Electronics, MITEQ and L3 Communications.
Mr. Rojas is currently based out of ACT’s Long Island headquarters where he works alongside the company’s lab technicians, electrical and quality engineers, and support staff. Although he is expected to spend much of his time meeting with existing and potential clients throughout the country, Rojas will also serve as an ongoing, central contact to ensure that every account receives a consistently high level of personal service.
