Advanced Group Names Jim Johnson as Chief Operating Officer
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) September 23, 2015 -- The Advanced Group, a diversified professional staffing, consulting, and outsourcing organization, has recently named Jim Johnson Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. As COO, Johnson will have responsibility for the Company's staffing business units across the U.S. as well as the organization’s Shared Services functions. He will also continue to serve as CFO.
Johnson is a 13-year veteran of the Advanced Group and since 2002 he has served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). While CFO, Johnson helped lead the Advanced Group to a 400% increase in revenue over the last six years, making them one of the Fastest Growing Staffing Firms in the U.S. and landing the company a spot on the Inc. 5000 list.

Jim Johnson began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1989. Jim ended his time at Andersen as a Senior Manager in their Enterprise Group before he went to Starbelly.com, which was subsequently acquired by HALO Branded Solutions. Johnson joined Advanced in 2002 as CFO.
He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. Johnson and his family reside in the suburbs of Chicago, IL.
