Chicago, IL (PRWEB) March 10, 2014 -- Expanding into its third major market, ADVANTIS Global, Inc., signed a long term lease on the 21st floor of One East Wacker Drive in late December. With offices already established in San Francisco and San Jose, the IT contingent labor and consulting services company began a phased-in move into its approximately 5,000 square foot space in downtown Chicago in mid-January.
Associate Directors, Scott Merz and Jack Gerber of global commercial real estate services firm Studley represented ADVANTIS in the transaction. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the building owner, Amtrust Realty Corp.
According to Merz ADVANTIS sees Chicago as a growing technology hub and a city with a young and well educated workforce, spurring its decision to make a long term investment in the city. “ADVANTIS was looking for a location that would appeal to its talent pool and exude the company’s focus in customer service. We determined that One East Wacker met and exceeded these requirements.”
ADVANTIS Vice President of Sales & Business Development, Hayden Pruitt adds, “The location provides excellent access to public transportation, the interstate, and River North for ADVANTIS’ employees and clients. The building’s reputation for tenant satisfaction was also an appealing and important factor in our decision-making process. According to Pruitt, ADVANTIS will have approximately 36 employees in the downtown Chicago office with another 200 plus contractors across the regional client base by the end of 2015.
