Advertising Begins in Support of Baristas Coffee Company Mall Grand Openings
ERIE, PA (PRWEB) April 17, 2015 -- BMOC Partners, master franchisor of Baristas Coffee Company (OTCQB:BCCI) , announced today that the advertising campaign has begun supporting the grand opening of two Baristas Coffee Company mall restaurants.
The two locations opening currently are the Stroudsburg location that BMOC purchased in March from a franchisee of Arthur Treachers, Nathans, and Pudgies as well as the Dubois Mall location that was selected in February for the initial Baristas mall concept.
“Absent a few minor permitting and vendor issues, resulting in a slight but unavoidable delay, our schedule is on course and on track,” stated BMOC president Lance Lehr in announcing the current activities. “Both locations are expected to be strong revenue generators in the second quarter, and should easily support our efforts to open several more locations during May and June,” he added.
Lehr reported that permanent store managers have been hired but are in training for both locations, and that BMOC associate Jason Santomauro, an experienced quick serve restaurant manager familiar with Barista operations, will temporarily oversee store operations at the higher volume Stroudsburg location until permanent manager training and familiarization is complete.
The Grand Opening advertising blitz has started for both locations, said Lehr, with saturation schedules purchased from major local radio stations in both markets. The public is given a keyword in the smart and upbeat radio spots for a Baristas SMS Text Messaging Code, 64600, to put their phone number or email on a list of people interested in weekly and monthly restaurant specials. “Radio, followed by saturation mailings, are the most promising means to reach the consumer in each market,” Lehr added. “We expect hundreds, if not thousands, of database entries to use to announce opening day and opening week specials” he reported.
The Stroud Mall location will feature Baristas Coffee, soft drink products from Coke, fried food including mozzarella sticks, chicken fingers and French fries, Hale and Hearty Soups, salads, sandwiches, and custom made sinful desserts. Dubois Mall will feature everything but the fried foods.
“These locations, similar but each different in their own way, will be leading the way for an extremely aggressive Baristas Coffee Company brand expansion program in 2015,” Lehr noted, “and we will have more surprises in the next few months – building on our distribution deal with Hale and Hearty soups.”
