Advise Technologies Adds Ethan Wishnick to Team
New York, NY (PRWEB) September 18, 2017 -- Advise Technologies announced today that it has hired Ethan Wishnick as Managing Director for 40 Act Fund reporting and Transaction reporting.
The announcement comes as Advise continues to enhance its Form N-PORT, Form N-CEN, MiFID II, and EMIR solutions.
The Form N-PORT and Form N-CEN modules in Advise’s Consensus periodic reporting platform are now available for the submission of test filings to the SEC ahead of the June 1, 2018 compliance date. Since 2012, over 1100 investment managers have used Consensus to complete reporting for Form PF, Form ADV, AIFMD, CPO-PQR, and other obligations.
Advise also offers MiFID II and EMIR reporting modules in Shuttle, its new automated transaction reporting platform that is currently available for demo.
"Advise is committed to helping firms meet their SEC reporting modernization and transaction reporting obligations, and adding Ethan's regulatory expertise will improve our solutions and benefit our customers," said Adam Capon, Chief Services Officer at Advise.
Wishnick brings a strong background in regulatory reporting to Advise. Prior to this role, he was an Executive Director for Axioma Reporting Solutions and he provided business development and client support to private and registered funds at Alliance Bernstein. He holds a JD from New York Law.
"Advise has the most comprehensive solutions in the market, and I'm excited to help mutual funds and hedge funds meet their compliance obligations," Wishnick said. "There will be challenges, and we'll be ready to solve them."
Advise has positioned itself as a leading resource for firms facing SEC reporting modernization and transaction reporting challenges.
