Advisory Board's Carol Boston-Fleischhauer to Deliver Keynote Address at Upcoming CALNOC Conference.

Ms. Boston-Fleischhauer has over 30 years of progressive health care experience in patient care practice, education and consultation in academic medical centers, community hospitals and clinics. In her current role, Ms. Boston-Fleischhauer serves as the global spokesperson on nursing practice for the Advisory Board; working with clinical leadership teams throughout the world. Her most recent leadership position prior to joining the Advisory Board was that of systems director, quality improvement for a multi-hospital system in the Pacific Northwest. Other prior positions have included executive director of the American Organization of Nurse Executives, a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association. Ms. Boston-Fleischhauer holds a clinical assistant professor appointment at the University of Washington, with curricular responsibilities for graduate-level health care students. Ms. Boston-Fleischhauer holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School.
Ms. Boston-Fleischhauer’s keynote address is titled - Disruptive Innovation in Healthcare and the Implications for Nursing Leadership.
