Aegis Therapies Hires New CFO to Help Lead Company Through Next Growth Phase
Plano, TX (PRWEB) September 18, 2017 -- Aegis Therapies, a national leader in rehabilitation and wellness services has recently expanded the finance role on the executive team adding a Chief Financial Officer following their announcement on January 1, 2017 that Aegis Therapies was transitioning to an independent company. This expansion will support the strategic growth strategy Aegis has defined for the next several years.
As CFO for Aegis, Mr. Kreger will be responsible for the leadership, direction, control and coordination of all financial and technology related activities of the company to help shape and support Aegis’ planned near-term and long-range goals and objectives.

Mr. Kreger comes to Aegis Therapies with more than 25 years of finance and organizational leadership experience and held CFO positions in several public and privately held companies in the healthcare industry. During his career, he has managed the finance, treasury, accounting, revenue cycle, IT, tax and investor relations functions for several successful organizations.

Most recently Mr. Kreger served as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer at BIOSCRIP, Inc., in Denver, CO. He will be relocating to Aegis Therapies’ corporate headquarters in Plano, TX with his family. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston. Mr. Kreger is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Texas and is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
