Last week, the company announced that it has signed an agreement with Hometown Respiratory to increase service in the High Point/Greensboro/Winston-Salem area. This comes after Aeroflow’s purchase of local oxygen and respiratory service company AirCare in January.
The company is seeking to acquire a strategic partner that can greatly accelerate its growth as Aeroflow’s focus shifts to a national scale. Ideally, Aeroflow is seeking a DME company with a history of providing oxygen, PAP, and other standard DME products; either multi-line or single product categories.

Over the past year the company has been positioning itself to withstand the upcoming reimbursement cuts from private payers as well as the current federal Competitive Bidding Program. This model allows for economies of scale and the ability for Aeroflow to thrust into what the future holds.
