AFS, the UK’s leading compressed air systems provider, has today announced a major new contract with one of the North West’s leading bakeries
(PRWEB UK) 30 June 2014 -- It’s a far-reaching solution involving the delivery of compressed air for various aspects of the manufacturing process including operating machinery pneumatics, packing lines and dough processing.
Having designed the solution, AFS will project manage the implementation which includes pipe-work fit-out and a complete air system using CompAir and Parker equipment alongside Sanha pipework.
Andy Ryan, Director of AFS said: “We have an excellent track record in supporting major food manufacturers so were particularly pleased to have been selected to design, supply and support this comprehensive compressed air solution. We will be working closely with the bakery over the next two of months to ensure our compressed air system is up and running by early August, and then we’ll be providing ongoing support and maintenance.”
The new contract follows hard on the heels of AFS’s recent announcement that it has designed and supplied an innovative chocolate filtering system for Kinnertons, one of the UK’s specialist confectionery manufacturers.
