After School Martial Arts-based Program Enrolling Now
Glendora, CA (PRWEB) April 08, 2014 -- Sampa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy is now offering an After School Program with pick-up service at local elementary schools. Children will enjoy a snack before attending Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or kickboxing classes, have time to do homework, play games and do arts and crafts, all under the watchful eyes of our highly qualified staff and trained certified instructors in a fun filled environment. Additionally, each student enrolled attends a 40 minutes BJJ or kickboxing classes every day. The class emphasizes self-defense techniques which develop strength, speed, balance, flexibility and stamina as well as, developing self-esteem, discipline and self-control while learning martial arts!
Choosing the right after school program is essential in helping kids take advantage of opportunities at their disposal in order to grow and get ahead in life. The program is designed to help boost children’s confidence, physical fitness levels and academic achievements as a way of preparing them to overcome the challenges they will encounter in life. These are skills they might never learn in school.
The program does not just ensure that kids have fun, but it helps them better spend their time after school and develop their terms of personality and character. Children will enjoy various activities under this program such as games, kick boxing, the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighting techniques and even time to do their homework. The school is not a child care program, but one that is focused on the development of a child’s character and teaching them martial arts.
The after school martial arts-based program teaches kids skills that will help them throughout their lifetime such as hard work ethics, self confidence, teamwork skills, stranger danger, anti-bulling antiques, leadership skills nurtured through the assistance coaches program, better motor skills and of course, self defense through the BJJ fighting technique.
The program will ensure that the kids have no idling time to engage in negative behaviors such as drugs, sex, crime or even violence. They grow to become self reliant individuals who are motivated and focused to attain their goals in life by taking advantage of their potential to the maximum.

The Sampa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a successful Martial Arts School located at 919 e. Route 66 Glendora – California. It was started by Prof. Renato Migliaccio, a martial artist and instructor of BJJ, who is well known. It provides a clean, safe and friendly environment for all kids enrolled in their programs. The after school care program was started in 2013.
