Agrisoft Development Group and Guardian Data Systems Partner to Provide Cannabis Business Financing
Kansas City, Mo. (PRWEB) May 19, 2014 -- Agrisoft Development Group LLC this week launched its Business Cash Financing and Business Line programs for cannabis dispensaries, cultivation sites, and infused-products processors with new business partner Guardian Data Systems. The programs make financing available to users of the company’s cloud-based Agrisoft Seed to Sale™ cannabis tracking and management software suite.
Agrisoft COO Matt Cook, the cannabis industry’s recognized regulatory expert, guided design of Agrisoft Seed to Sale™ to ensure its compliance with all state and local laws. “Adding financing options for our clients is a natural next step,” he says.
“Our new Business Cash Financing programs are based on receivables,” says Agrisoft CEO Charles Ramsey. “They are a quick, easy way for cannabis operators to jump the funding gaps inevitable with rapid growth, especially in the absence of traditional banking support. Young cannabis operations invest heavily before opening their doors, and they often need short-term boosts of capital to scale up to meet the demand for medical and recreational cannabis.”
To qualify for the Agrisoft Business Cash Financing or Business Line programs, businesses must have at least $10,000 in monthly sales and may receive up to $250,000 per location. The cash advance may be disbursed by the business as needed. Applications are processed in one day with financing available within five business days. No collateral or personal guarantee is required, and personal credit does not affect the assessment of the business’s eligibility to receive financing. Repayment is automatic through ACH withdrawals, based on revenue. A Merchant Cash Advance program also is available for those businesses accepting debit and credit cards. Businesses must transact at least $3,500 in monthly card transactions, and repayment is based on future transactions.
Guardian Data Systems will manage the financing program for Agrisoft. According to Lance Ott, Guardian’s CEO, the company has helped thousands of businesses receive over $250 million in unsecured capital. “We have unparalleled breadth of experience helping business owners in what have been deemed high-risk industries. Our mission is to become the premier provider of quality business and financial services to small- and medium-sized businesses throughout the U.S.,” Ott says.
At an industry event in Denver this week, Ramsey remarked that Agrisoft Development Group is actively seeking partnerships with companies that have experience and solutions to help small businesses succeed in competitive and high-risk industries. “We’ve found the right financial partner in Guardian Data Systems to boost the growth of our dispensaries, cultivators, and infused products processors.”
