AGRO Merchants Group to Acquire ADB Cool Company B.V. in Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) April 08, 2015 -- AGRO Merchants Group has announced the addition of ADB Cool Company B.V. (ADB) located near Rotterdam, The Netherlands to its portfolio. The Company’s latest partnership with ADB will increase the range of solutions, commodity expertise and locations to the AGRO Merchants Group network. ADB specializes in the fruit logistics sector where it provides a comprehensive solutions offering, including: inbound transport, warehousing, inspections, repacking, retail labeling, and other value-added services.

ADB has storage capacity of 14,000 pallets and 160,000 m3 with multiple rooms to handle a wide variety of temperatures including deep-frozen. Service offerings include: repacking, quality inspections, ripening, flow packing, grape cutting and others. Quality certifications include BRC Storage & Distribution, IFS Logistics, ISO 9001:2008, SKAL and AEO.
