AGT Director Achieves AMX Solutions Master Status
Kennesaw, Ga. (PRWEB) April 14, 2016 -- Applied Global Technologies (AGT), a full-service audio visual integrator that designs, installs and manages collaboration environments, today announces its Director of Audio Visual Integration – Ben Hitt – has achieved the AMX Solutions Master (ASM) Certification. Hitt’s ASM status supports AGT’s Audio Visual (A/V) Integration practice, which delivers A/V services that are innovative and forward-thinking to large corporations, government entities, small to medium-sized businesses and educational institutions. Hitt has worked in the A/V industry with AGT for over 15 years and was promoted to his current position in 2014.
There are fewer than 50 active AMX Solutions Masters in the world, making Hitt’s status extremely rare. To accomplish this rating, Hitt was required to achieve AMX Certified Expert status in six different disciplines – Design (ACE-D), Installation (ACE-I), Programming (ACE-P), Resource Management Suite (ACE-RMS), Digital Signage (ACE-DS) and Integrated Solutions (ACE-INT). Along the way, Hitt, like most students who achieve this status, attended 23 days of Instructor Led Training and completed multiple practical exams to demonstrate mastery of the subject matter. Hitt adds the ASM distinction to his expanding certification portfolio, which includes InfoComm CTS, Crestron DMC-E-4K and Crestron RL certifications, among others.
