AI MAXTools Adds Searchable, Selectable Text to PDF Drawing Output
Fort Collins, Colorado (PRWEB) June 08, 2015 -- AI MAXTools, Inc. has added new functionality to their AI DataMAX product, an add-in tool for PTC’s Creo Elements/Direct (CED) Modeling solution. Users can now perform comprehensive text searches and select text in PDF drawings that have been generated using AI MAX Export2D from the PTC CED Annotation module. This gives users the ability to copy text from a drawing to use in an email and to find text on a drawing that has been referenced by someone else, as well as allowing the PDF files to be searched and indexed automatically.

As with all of our tools, this functionality will be available to all users of the product, no matter what version of Creo Elements/Direct or CoCreate they're using, even as far back as version 15! This allows users to have access to the full functionality of the AI MAXTools products while maintaining complete control of their timetable for upgrading their base tools.”
