AI’s Senior VP Attending Latin American Security Conference
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 25, 2015 -- A senior executive from U.S.-based security company Andrews International (AI) is traveling to South America in March for the ISMA/OSAC Latin American Regional Security Conference. The conference is scheduled for March 8-10 at the JW Marriott in Lima, Peru.
D.C. Page, senior vice president of AI’s Consulting & Investigations (C&I) division, is representing the security company at the event. As head of the C&I division, Page is responsible for strategic leadership and direction of security and risk management services for some of the world’s best known brands, including many multi-national corporations. Page oversees projects ranging from asset tracing and anti-money laundering compliance investigations to vulnerability surveys, threat assessments, executive protection details, and emergency response operations.
“The ISMA/OSAC Latin American Regional Security conference is a one-of-a-kind forum for discussion on the unique security challenges facing Latin America today,” Page explains. “The conference brings together public and private stakeholders to share valuable information and insights about security issues in the region.”
The event attracts delegates from global companies, U.S. and British embassies, and local law enforcement. Presentations are scheduled on timely topics from the 2016 Olympic Games in Brazil, key elections, security issues in Mexico, and international extremism to cyber security, supply chain risk, infectious diseases, and organized crime. Speakers include security experts representing government, businesses, non-governmental organizations, and academic institutions. Regional Security Officers from the area are also speaking about local topics of concern.
With an “Open Forum” following each day’s sessions as well as social networking events, professionals who share regional challenges and mutual interests have many opportunities at the conference to share and benefit from one another’s experiences.
