NEW YORK, Jan. 23, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/
x.ai, inc., an artificial intelligence company, today announced additional support for Office 365 customers: their AI scheduling assistants Amy and Andrew now fully integrate into customers' brand.
After giving AI assistants Amy and Andrew visibility into Microsoft Office 365 calendars last year, x.ai opened the door for hundreds of millions of people on Microsoft's platform to feel the relief of handing over meeting scheduling to a fully autonomous AI agent.
Now Amy & Andrew can become fully part of any team on a Microsoft Office 365 domain with company email addresses: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
"Amy + Andrew already relieve a huge amount of pain for our customers, saving them hours each week", says Dennis Mortensen, CEO of x.ai. "By extending our support for Office 365, we look forward to giving brand-conscious companies a way to automate the back and forth of scheduling meetings."
x.ai's clients already report success folding Amy and Andrew into their brands. "Using Amy on O365 and our own domain has been really well received by my colleagues and our clients—making Amy feel more familiar and part of the team," says Rupesh Madlani, co-founder of Global Sustainable Capital Management. In addition, he's found x.ai's "reliability on O365 to be excellent, something that is essential for us."
x.ai continues to refine Amy & Andrew's core ability to understand and negotiate meetings, while similar integrations with major technology providers are under development.
