Air-Care Releases a Lightweight Duct Cleaning Machine for Carpet Cleaners

He continued, “The truck mounted carpet cleaning vacuum provides half of a duct cleaning system. All they need is a specialized tool that fits into the duct to agitate and collect the dirt and debris found there. That’s why we designed and built the TruckMaster Power Brush System.”

Air-Care has received feedback from carpet cleaning companies regarding their entry into the duct cleaning service business. The company owners realized the advantage in adding the service but wanted to clean HVAC systems utilizing the equipment they already owned.
Field Technician, Randy Crutchfield said, “We planned to purchase the Air-Care DuctMaster machine that combines 4 electric vacuum motors in a large cabinet with the Power Brush, but in their training class, we learned that we could use our more powerful truck vacuum with the TruckMaster and save money. Now we offer 2 services with the same vehicle,” he continued.
“Air-Care’s TruckMaster is housed in a small, 5 lb, waterproof case with a wireless remote for run, forward and reverse and includes either a 1.5” or a 2” x 35 foot vacuum hose with motorized flexible brushes that spin up to 2,000 rpm,” said Mary Dziak, Marketing Manager. “The brushes easily fit into 4” ducts and expand to clean ducts up to 18” in diameter,” she added.
