AirBuds Sees Record Sales During Holidays
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 31, 2014 -- For AirBuds, creator of the Most Comfortable Earbuds, the holiday season is always the busiest time of year. However this year was especially hectic for the earphone retailer, who recorded their highest-grossing holiday sales in company history.
Sales started picking up well before Thanksgiving and continued to gain momentum as the holidays approached. During the weekend of Black Friday, AirBuds launched a promotion offering customers 40% off all products. The sale ran across all of the company’s online marketplaces, including the AirBuds website, Amazon and Opensky, and unlike many of their previous promotions, required no coupon codes.
“This year, we wanted to make it easier than ever for our customers to cash in on holiday savings,” said Nick Waterhouse, CEO and founder of AirBuds. “By running our sale on all of our online platforms and by eliminating confusing coupon codes, we made it simple for every customer to participate in our promotion on whichever marketplace best suits their needs.”
The sale turned out to be such a huge success for AirBuds that their memory-foam earbuds actually sold out temporarily.
However, it wasn’t just the holiday season that saw record sales. Over the last year, AirBuds has seen increased sales on all of their online marketplaces.
