Aladtec Receives Regional Business Award; Lauded by Federal, State Officials
RIVER FALLS, Wis. (PRWEB) March 08, 2018 -- Aladtec, the name behind the online scheduling solution used by more than 2,000 public service agencies across Wisconsin, the U.S. and Canada, has received a regional business award that recognizes innovation, growth and service.

St. Croix County, with a population of nearly 88,000 residents, has been one of the fastest growing counties in the State of Wisconsin for a decade. Just 30 minutes east of Minneapolis, the county's western border is defined by the scenic St. Croix River.
“The company is homegrown; the online scheduling service reflects innovation; young talent is recruited and retained; the owners and business are engaged in the community, starting with relationships at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls; and back-to-back-to-back years on the Inc. 5000 list confirms sustained growth in revenue,” said Rubin.
Wisconsin agencies using Aladtec range from small EMS departments like Arlington and Baldwin and dozens of fire departments, to large police departments like Appleton and UW-Madison.
The non-profit St. Croix EDC, which promotes business development in the region, honors winners in small, large, and emerging business categories annually.
Along with Aladtec, Inc. named Large Business of the Year, the other award winners were Ciro, LLC awarded Emerging Business of the Year and SKYCOAT, LLC named Small Business of the Year.
Ciro, Inc. is a Hudson, Wis., firm that creates innovative products for the powersports industry. Skycoat, LLC, located in nearby Baldwin, Wis., provides high-quality coating and finishing services to firms throughout the Midwest.
Aladtec, Inc. is the company behind an Internet software product - also called Aladtec. The software is an online employee scheduling and workforce management system designed for the Public Safety sector. It simplifies the scheduling challenges involved with complex 24/7 shift rotations used to staff Emergency Medical Service, fire departments, law enforcement, and dispatch agencies. It also offers a number of other features such as online forms, certification tracking, reporting, compliance verification, and time tracking.

The awards were presented during a banquet held Feb. 22, 2018 at Kilkarney Hills Golf Course near River Falls.
Aladtec leaders were also presented letters of commendation from Wisconsin elected representatives U.S. Senators Tammy Baldwin and Ron Johnson, Congressman Sean Duffy, Gov. Scott Walker, Wisconsin 10th District Senator Patty Schachtner, and 30th Assembly District Rep. Shannon Zimmerman.
“Public safety is about saving lives,” wrote Duffy in a letter to Aladtec’s owners and staff. “From our police departments, fire and EMS; inefficiencies from the top to bottom can risk lives, balloon budgets, and weaken morale.
“Leo Langlois and Dave Feyereisen were given a challenge to improve the scheduling process for an ambulance company in Ellsworth, Wis. With the success of addressing this challenge, Aladtec Inc. was created to help bring online scheduling to every corner of the country.
