Albuquerque Celebrates Bowl Season with the 12 Annual Gildan New Mexico Bowl
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (PRWEB) December 08, 2017 -- The field is set for the 12th Annual Gildan New Mexico Bowl and the city of Albuquerque is ready to welcome fans. The Colorado State Rams and Marshall Thundering Herd have officially accepted their invitations to the first game day of NCAA bowl season. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. MT/4:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Dec.16 at Dreamstyle Stadium, and marks the third time the event will feature a Mountain West vs. Conference USA matchup. The game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN (to an estimated 2.2 million household viewers) and ESPN Radio.
“I truly believe we have another really good matchup which should result in another fun, entertaining game,” said Jeff Siembieda, Gildan New Mexico Bowl executive director. “To be able to put together two programs with such a strong post-season history is exciting, and I’m looking forward to hosting The Thundering Herd and Rams in Albuquerque.”

This year, every ticket purchase to the 2017 Gildan New Mexico Bowl can be redeemed for a FREE lift ticket for use at one of Ski New Mexico’s eight great ski areas: Ski Apache, Taos Ski Valley, Ski Santa Fe, Pajarito Mountain, Red River Ski Area, Angel Fire Resort, Sipapu Ski Resort, and Sandia Peak. This offer is valid from Dec. 17-24, 2017, and a bowl game ticket must be presented to exchange for redemption, and the ski area ticket must be used the same day as redeemed.
