Aleratec Announces Software Suite Update for Computer-Connected USB Flash Drive Duplicators
Chatsworth, California (PRWEB) April 22, 2014 -- Aleratec Inc., award-winning designer, developer and manufacturer of Portable Device Management (PDM) charge/sync products for mobile devices and professional-grade duplicators for hard disk drives, USB flash drives and Blu-ray/DVD/CD discs, has launched a new version of their USB Duplication Suite. Included with computer-connected Aleratec USB flash drive duplicators, the updated interface offers a broader range of file systems for formatting/copying data and supports bootable flash drives.

The proprietary software gives customers a choice of how they want to collect and duplicate data. Users can duplicate directly from image files or a flash drive or duplicate from selected files and folders on their hard drive. The software’s display shows the status of each copy, number of copies completed and allows users to select Copy Only, Format Only, Format and Copy, Create Image and Image Copy. The new version supports bootable flash drives and includes the ability to:
• Format-only or format and data copy FAT/FAT32/NTFS
• Create and copy images from bootable flash drives
The updated USB Duplication Suite is included free with Aleratec’s 1:10 and 1:16 USB 3.0 Copy Cruiser Mini Portable Flash Drive Duplicators and the 1:21 USB Flash Drive Copy Cruiser Duplicator.
