Fleetmatics REVEAL+ is now the flagship option for users of Alert’s GPS Dispatcher Pro. Using this feature, a dispatcher can send an entire pre-planned route to a truck-mounted Garmin GPS receiver with the touch of a single button in the Alert Dispatcher Dashboard. The Garmin device will display the turn-by-turn route on its colorful display screen as well as ‘speak’ the route to the driver. Fleetmatics has demonstrated itself as a cost-effective solution for both safety and efficiency in fleet management.
Alert customers who currently use SageQuest for GPS tracking (which was acquired by Fleetmatics) will migrate to the new platform. Fleetmatics REVEAL+ has become the central focus of ongoing product development and new technology investments for Fleetmatics.
Fleetmatics REVEAL+ will be available for ‘hands-on’ demonstrations at the upcoming Alert User’s Association conference (IAUA), November 13-14, 2014.
