Alfresco Makes Records Management Easy

Placement of records into specific file plans can be automated, reducing the need for business users to navigate complex classification structures. For records managers, Alfresco is introducing new features to auto-create file plans based on pre-configured business rules. This allows for dynamic folders that can be automatically created, allowing the file plan to adapt with the business over time throughout the content lifecycle.
